Estimates from Hillsborough Roofing are written and itemized. Work is scheduled only after a signed proposal. Pricing on a written estimate is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms; workmanship coverage, when offered, is stated on the proposal.
